At Social Still, we use Pennsylvania grains and corn to honor the region’s rich agricultural history. We found a few small family farms that still produce amazing products. Heirloom seeds and natural practices are at the core of what we do. We source local corn, local wheat, local rye, barley, and other grains still being produced by small family farms. Stone milled, mashed, and fermented right inside our distillery in Bethlehem. Then we use a pot still, just like our ancestors, to slowly distill our premium spirits. We make a product of Pennsylvania, grown here, produced here, blended here, and barreled here.

Agave Reposado

Profile: El Venado “the deer” is our take on a premium double distilled aged aged in American and bourbon barrels.

Profile: Made from 100% blue agave in small batches. We ferment and distill this American agave in the tradition of a Mexican tequila. Drinks perfectly on the rocks or mixes with your favorite margarita.

Folklore Straight Rye Whiskey

Profile: We use Pennsylvania natural rye to hand craft folklore from scratch. Aged over 2 years in new American Oak, then finished in Franklin Hill Vineyard’s red wine casks. Beautiful smooth notes of spice finishing with a earthy red wine character. A truly unique take on an American classic.

Profile: Hand crafted from Pennsylvania corn, rye, and malted barley. This straight bourbon is aged at least 2 years in new American charred oak. . Inspired by the fearless spirit of exploration. Tomboy pays tribute to the mining history of the American West. The apothecary design honors that rich history and America’s original spirit.

Profile: 50% molasses 50% cane sugar blend. Barrel aged for one year in used rye whiskey barrels. Then we spice with cinnamon, orange peel, vanilla, and anise. This rum is like no other.
